Estimating, especially with the design/build approach, is a fluid process of creative problem solving to deliver a product that is in budget while maintaining the design intent. ADEX will start with a “probable cost” exercise and then work through a series of price revisions to arrive at a final budget and list of deliverables that meets the clients expectations.
