The project manager is the person who “owns the project” and is the conduit of information between the client and ADEX. While maintaining the design intent, the schedule and the budget, it is this person’s responsibility to manage the client’s expectations regarding deliverables as the project moves through the various phases of design, fabrication, installation and warranty follow-up.
